1. Policy Overview & Rationale

At Allure Laser Medispa, our licensed clinicians, nurse practitioners, and aesthetic specialists dedicate their time exclusively to your care. When an appointment is scheduled, that clinical block and specialized medical equipment are reserved solely for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other patients from receiving medical weight loss, hormone optimization, or advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.

By scheduling an appointment through our online platform or by phone, you explicitly agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Windows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• Changes must be made by calling our clinic directly or through our secure third-party online booking portal.
• Text messages, social media direct messages, or emails sent outside of operational business hours are not accepted as valid cancellations.

3. No-Show Penalties & Automatic Fees

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing the mandatory notice, your account will be subject to a fee. The fee depends on the type of appointment:

• Consultations / General Follow-Ups: A flat $50.00 fee will be automatically charged to your authorized card on file.
• Specialized High-Value Treatments: (Including medical weight loss intake, GLP-1/peptide therapies, hormone optimization, IV vitamin therapy, laser hair removal, aesthetic injections, and skin rejuvenation): You will be charged $100.00 [or a specific percentage of the service cost].

4. Late Arrival Policy

We work to remain on schedule for all patients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled treatment window:

• Your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time, while maintaining full service pricing.
• If our clinic schedule cannot accommodate the late arrival, your appointment will be cancelled, and it will be treated as a No-Show subject to the standard fees.

5. Credit Card Authorization Protocols

Allure Laser Medispa requires a valid credit card to be securely held on file via our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor to secure all appointments. By providing your payment credentials, you explicitly authorize us to automatically charge any late cancellation or no-show fees to your card on file in strict compliance with these terms.

6. Exceptions for Valid Medical Emergencies

We recognize that sudden, unavoidable emergencies occur. Cancellation or no-show fees may be waived or credited back to your patient account at the sole clinical discretion of Allure Laser Medispa management upon submission of valid documentation (e.g., a formal medical emergency note or severe weather advisory).
